Summary
The Sludge Villain doesn't find Bakugo after escaping All Might, but some other random civilian. There's no series of explosions to draw All Might to the scene of the second attack. It's by pure luck that Izuku stumbles upon them. And Izuku does what he always has when he sees one person hurting another: inserts himself between the aggressor and victim. He finds this is significantly harder to do when one of the parties is a sentient slime.

The little Miss is Thomas, and she is Martha and she is Bruce (she is also him, but that isn't all that important) the three people Alfred loved the most wrapped into one, so deeply intertwined that it's almost impossible to see where she ends and they begin. The little Miss is a wonderful, wonderful human being and he is proud of calling her his granddaughter, just like he is proud of being called her grandad.
Talia's daughter is...she is a remarkable being. And Ra's hates her for it. He hates her for the way she always seems to meet (and often exceed) his expectations. He hates her, because, after a while, it becomes clear she is everything he always wanted from his progeny, from his future heir. But Talia's daughter is just that, a daughter, a girl, a woman, and Ra's won't debase his own legacy leaving it all to a woman. Or maybe he will, if Damian will reveal himself as unfitting for the role. But he has to wait, wait for his grandson to grow, and the waiting is challenging even for a patient being like him.

The girl and magic staff were nowhere to be seen, instead a fine layer of blue, shimmering dust covered the ground. In the center, where Red Hood and Nightwing should have been, was what looked like a pile of yellow and black fabric until it started shifting and moving, revealing itself to be two human forms.
Tim stopped dead in his tracks, nearly slipping in the dust, causing Robin — who was apparently right behind him — to crash into his back.
Robin mumbled a few curse words directed at him, but stopped short when he saw what was in front of them.
It was two young boys, both with messy black hair, both covered in a fine layer of glittering blue dust, and both wearing the old Robin costume. It was Dick's design, the brighter one, closer in color to what the Flying Graysons had worn, and with a startling lack of pants. But it was the one that Jason had worn too.

Or, Dick and Jason get de-aged by some magic, assumptions are made, and those assumptions are very, very wrong.

Dinah perked up from where she was slumped against the table next to Oliver. “That’s next to Gotham. Batman, what do you know?”
All eyes immediately turned to where Batman sat with his arms crossed, looking impassive as always. There was a long moment of silence and the corners of Batman’s mouth turned ever so slightly downward. Finally, in a flat tone of voice that gave no more away than his face ever did, he said, “He’s… well trained. Fast. Could be useful.”

Also known as, the League eventually figured out that Nightwing is Batman's son, but it takes a while.

“When did you get it?” Wally asked, voice soft like anything above a whisper would ruin everything.
Dick looked back up at him, met his questioning eyes. “’bout two years ago.” Wally’s face softened. Dick licked his lips. “Do you like it?”
“I really like it,” Wally murmured, the promise in his voice made Dick feel like he was falling.
“Good,” Dick whispered.
