Notes:

This fic series takes place in a slightly different version of the TV timeline, in which the events of the show happened as if the episodes had aired in the originally planned broadcast order. This places “Rage of Caliban” and the child exorcism case directly after “Non Est Asylum,” before Zed actually appears on the scene in "The Darkness Beneath," and puts “The Devil’s Vinyl” directly after “The Darkness Beneath.” Episodes then proceed in normal order until "Danse Vaudou" leads directly into "Blessed Are The Damned," and then in normal order from there.

Since we know “Rage of Caliban” concludes on Halloween, then, here is the rough timeline as currently planned and subject to change:

4/15/14: Newcastle happens
4/16/14: John is released by the police after interrogation
4/22/14: John enters Ravenscar of his own volition
10/16/14: John leaves Ravenscar to search for Jasper’s daughter
10/24/14: Liv heads back to California, leaving John with the scrying map and an angel stalker; the fight against the rising darkness begins, “Resolution” [POSTED]
10/31/14: John sends the spirit of Marcelo Panetti back to its proper home
11/1/14: “Fear" [POSTED]
11/4/14: “Intimacy” [POSTED]
11/5/14: John meets Zed for the first time in Heddwich, PA.
11/6/14: John sets the spirits to rest in the mine, and defeats the Romani woman in magical combat.
