This; All of this that you're about to read! Yeah, none of this was planned.
So, when I finished CN Akumas, I didn't intend to go back to this project ever again. However, the Season 5 Finale of Miraculous, that aired after, was so goddamn awful, so downright stupid and so infuriating, that I just had to do something with all the salt that I produced watching that dumpster-fire.
For those who have read the whole of CN Akumas (thank you btw), and especially saw the last note under the final chapter, you'll know that the idea behind my fanfic was for it to be a midquel slotted between Season 1 and Season 2, and I described briefly how the events of it would change canon, particularly the Finale of Season 2.
Well, after watching that thing I couldn't leave it at just a note.This is my full rewrite of the Heroes' Day episodes (now 3 instead of 2), with the continuity of CN Akumas.
Also, if you haven't read CN Akumas first, please do that.
Not because this rewrite won't make sense without it. I just put a lot of time, love and effort into that project, and I would love for more people to go see it. <3

~The class trip to New York was very eye-opening for Marinette, she had come to realize it wasn’t so easy for her to simply say she was over Adrien, she had to proactively try and overcome her crush.
The very first thing she did when she got home from New York was to go through her room and carefully take down every single picture of Adrien she had on her walls. She filed them away in one of her desk drawers, she was trying to do better but was not in the mindset to throw them out just yet.

I've got so many problems with Miraculous, so here's my 26 thoughts in alphabetical order.
Couple changes for the ones that have Miraculouses:
I'm calling the magic jewels Miracula (singular: Miraculum), 'cause I'm obsessed with Latin words. And it sounds cooler than "Miraculous" to me. It just means miracle (or miraculous, technically), but a dead language will always sound better than any normal one to me (especially if the normal one is English). Kwami is the singular and the plural because the alternative in Latin is for the singular to be Kwamus or the plural to be Kwamorum. Both sound wrong. Kwami can use their powers on their own if they have an anchor point.
The Tiger's new power is imperceptibility, the Goat's is speed, the Rabbit's an emotion laser, and the Rooster's awakening (waking people up/making people more aware/possibly healing we'll see). The Butterfly is now the Blue Morpho instead of whatever the purple/grey thing was, and the Peacock is now the Violet Sabrewing- with the power of foresight. It's more for seeing the far future, so it's harder to use the closer to your present you try to look (or it'd be OP).
And finally, the purifying power can be used by the Bug OR the Cat.- Words:
