Life in the big city ends up being even more crazy that he expects, when he ends up thrown into the Metaverse on his very first day of school. Someone has to do something about King Kamoshida and it might as well be him.
His second chance is going to be more difficult than he expected, but he wouldn’t change it for the world.

Sound ceased around him, and the air stilled. Goro's crimson eyes snapped up, looking around at a world frozen in time. In the distance, across the Crossing, a blue fire that Goro recognized as the signature spirit flames of a Persona blossomed, forming a vague figure he didn't recognize. He felt that he was in a trance, unable to move, unable to look away. In a flash, he saw his own face wreathed in the flame, eyes the color of molten gold, face split by a wide grin that reminded him of Joker. It wasn't cold or cruel or maddened. It was feral, rebellious, ecstatic.

Goro was a lot of things. Or, he tried to be, at least. One thing he shouldn't be is alive. Another thing he shouldn't be is leading his own team of Phantom Thieves against the father he'd, evidently, assaulted to get where he is, now.
