Summary
Dr. W.D. Gaster was a mysterious person, to say the least. For months, he has been hiding skeleton children in his lab in Hotland. However, he has refused to truly acknowledge them as such, referring to them as things, as Subjects 1-S and 2-P. The skeleton brothers are put through agonizing experiments day after day by Gaster. However, all changed when Gaster recieves news from his good friend and colleague, that a new Human has fallen Underground, possessing a determination soul. Gaster decides to try and use their determination, to advance his experiments. The experimentation process comes with unpredictable results that changes the Human's and the three skeketons' lives.

Celeste, a demi-goddess of the arts from a distant planet, is visiting Earth to study the human world. During her studies she meets a kind, and extremely tall, skeleton monster whom she befriends and later introduces her to his family. Over the course of her and the skeletons’ blooming friendships, they attempt to find out more about her home and why she’s on Earth in the first place.

<Stop,> Gaster signed with a pained noise, pushing himself back across the bed and rattling. <You- You don’t know what you’re doing.>
Asgore shook his head, drawing into himself. “Did I do something wrong?”

Memories were starting to flood back these days.
It had been four years now, since… whatever incident had stolen Sans and Papyrus' memories away in the first place. That was still a fuzzy spot, even for Sans, after all this time. Years passed in a blur, with memories of the years before that blipped away just like nothing. Seventeen years. Seventeen whole years, gone, just like that. Sans was twenty-one years old now. And he was no closer to figuring out his past than he was back then. If anything, instead of answers, the brief glimpses of what he thought were memories had only raised more questions.
Beyond that… him and Papyrus were doing well. They were happy, and they were safe.
Sans used to not be able to remember a time in which they weren't safe, but lately he was plagued by memories of things he would have preferred stayed buried.

I think this will be a Handplates?Gaster (I’m not exactly sure, cus’ he looks more like a standardised Gaster) x Monster!Fem!Reader. I’m not shaming anyone gender, I just feel more comfortable writing female character as the point of view, but feel free to read it in any situation. It got some inspiration from Handplates: Another ACT by Witchcraftandwine (check them out it’s really good), as well as some other Gaster/Reader stories. In the underground, Sans has amnesia for the first half of his life, and has been operating with that gap for as long as he can literally remember. But when the human comes around, things start going awry and he starts having dreams that seem more like memories. Maybe what Grillby said has actually has something to it?
Will Sans find out who his father really is? Will he be able to mend the relationship with his brother/commander Papyrus? How is the human going to interfere with this?
