Wakko Warner is a toon labeled as a hazard to society according to his 'caretaker', Salazar, the supposed ruler of Warnerstock. He keeps Wakko locked in a church to prevent the public's knowledge of a living Warner.Although he is barely present, he forbids Wakko to ever leave the church as his plans are on the verge of succession to help is bombshell of leadership.
Meanwhile Yakko and Dot along with other toons, hid underground to escape unethical toon laws that were made under Salazar's rule. Dodging by them barely, the two siblings wander Acme falls looking for their missing brother.
That is until one certain celebration brings the three siblings together

When the Warners are captured by King Salazar attempting to escape his rampage, the king sends the younger two to an orphanage far away. But the eldest Warner he keeps. Yakko is thrown into the mines where he waits.
And now, after nine years, things are changing new opportunities and friends appear. But it will take all his wits and determination to get his throne back. And, more importantly, get his sibs back. -

It liked playing games, watching people struggle under the weight for its own amusement. Some might've had destinies of glory, but others were fated to suffer.
Wakko Warner and Dot Warner had destinies of glory. They were placed on a pedestal, as the prophesied saviors of Warnerstock. They were to become godlike warriors and defeat the wicked King Salazar. They were adored and celebrated.
"Our heroes!" The people cheered, "Our salvation is here!"
But at the end of the day, the two children were just that. They were children, and they were only human. While their destiny might declare them as saviors, they didn't quite understand.
Not until their big brother was cruelly taken from them.
No matter what 'fate' declares, nobody gets to keep the Warner siblings apart.
Fate might make the rules.
But the Warners have never been ones to follow the rules.
