Summary
Five years ago, the kingdom of Warnerstock fell to King Salazar. King William and Queen Angelina were killed in the chaos; the youngest Warners were whisked away to safety.
And the crown prince, Yakko Warner, vanished without a trace.
Now, The Brain has come up with his best scheme yet: for he and Pinky to train an actor to be Yakko, and collect the reward money. Armed with the prince's music box, the plan should go off without a hitch. But fate delivers them a toon that is too much like the missing prince for comfort.

The taller boy looked up at Max as they passed, eyes widening as he took in Max’s fur cloak and leather gloves, the clearly expensive horse.
And Max’s heart stopped.

Time sped back up and, as the guard caught up, Max made a split-second decision.
He moved his horse forward, straight into the guard’s path.

Max doesn't want to visit Warnerstock. He doesn't want to make nice with King Salazar, but needs must. But when it gets too much he flees into Acme Falls.
How was he supposed to know he'd meet the missing Warner siblings? He doesn't realise, not at first.
Not until news of Salazar's defeat reaches Fantasia. Not until they're all invited to Yakko's coronation.

By adjusting the chemical from Roger Rabbit, Warner Bro's CEO was able to make a chemical that takes the toony nature out of cartoon characters, namely Yakko. Yakko has to deal with his new real-world limitation while trying to reverse it and keep his siblings from falling into the same fate. (Some violence). Finished story!

The comedy on this work is impressive. I have no idea how a person can cram so many—and pretty good, mind you—jokes into a single chapter. The author really captured the essence of both the characters AND the show. It felt just like watching a regular episode, it was fun, zany and very very entertaining
