Summary
Nothing was the same after 1955, the year the comet struck. Millions died in the catastrophe, and all seemed lost. That is, until the Federation came along and rebuilt civilization, bringing the survivors under their rule.
However, there was a catch. The comet had brought a strange substance to Earth, which began mutating humans, granting them powers never thought possible. Unbeknown to them, Paige and Tony have broken rules in the eyes of a group called The Honourable, who have been watching them closely. And thus, the leader, Clarity decides that it's time to get them back in line with what The Honourable deems acceptable, dragging Harry, Robin and Manny back into the lives of the two Concepts they swore to escape from permanently.
However when everything's set back in its 'rightful' place, the trio find that they can't escape just yet.
