It had been a few weeks since Nickel got eliminated from Season 2, and he was slowly getting used to his new life in the hotel. The last thing he expected, though, was to receive a love confession from none other than his best friend, Baseball.
And to make matters worse, he'd been forced to share a room with his sworn enemy, Balloon; and as much as Nickel would like to deny it... Maybe he wasn't that bad.
Nickel still hated him though, of course. That wasn't going to change anytime soon. Or at least, that's what he thought.

Summary
Rusty thought that joining Thunderclan would be relatively straightforward. He was prepared to work hard and do what he could to become a strong, dependable warrior.
But then he awakened a Persona, gained access to a realm overrun with shadowy monsters, and had to fight said shadowy monsters alongside a cat who hated him and another cat who never seemed to have a straight answer. He also had to (somehow) balance that with a normal social life.
He really had no idea what he was in for.

I furrowed my brow. Shifting to turn my body towards her, I felt heat disperse through myself. “You know that’s not what I meant.”
“Would you believe me if I told you it was a coincidence?” She deflected, grinning.
“Oh yes, of course; you just happened to be walking in someone else’s property and just happened to decide to scale the tower. Sure.” I rolled my eyes, looking back out into the scene of Nantes.
“Because it would be impossible for either of us to miss having the other around, right?”
I whipped my head back around. “You mean-”
“All three of you are dorks.” She smiled genuinely, and her eye caught the light of the stars. She began to fidget with her hair again. “But I’ve gotta be honest with myself at least part of the time, and that would mean admitting that I’m just as much of a dork as you.”

Whose package is this? What's in it? Why does the content of the package thump around like cotton filling?
(Trickster, don't open mail that might not be yours. I mean, I'm just the narrator, he can't hear me anyway, so why bother?)Despite the lack of mailboxes in Monochrome World, the package made it in.
It must be fate, right? But then who did it come from and why did it come here?With a little teamwork and imagination, we can find the answer to about... maybe three quarters of those questions at most, sorry.
(This was inspired by my most recent package, a second-hand Ni-No-Sakura Fan Dance (Taito, 2013) plushie, which arrived unexpectedly early. The illustrations are edited and digitally drawn over from my own photographs. Trickster and the narration also discuss different ways to get merch and how to care for them, so you can also use this as tips for caring for your own plushies in real life.)
