Summary
It has been 20 years and a half since the bro zone bros left the tree, since all trolls left the tree. Half a year since the bergans became friends with the trolls. And a few months since the troll kingdoms reunited. JD believed his whole tribe had been killed. With the news of queen poppy saving the day, he decided to follow the trail back to pop village. Sadly he doesn’t find any of his brothers there, so he and a few extra tagalongs go on a mission to find his brothers and reunite the family. He has an idea of where Bruce and Floyd are, but not a word of clay or branch. Ignoring Peppy’s warning that clay and branch were most likely lost in the collapse.

JD found out pop trolls still exist and got the idea to reunite the family and apologize for his wrong doings.

For some reason, everything goes wrong when her brothers show up and now she has to deal with her four older brothers trying to get her to regain her colors.

King Quincy and Queen Essence were glad to have their son, Cooper, back with them. However there was one thing that I settled them to no end: their son's friend, Branch, was grey. There was no other way to put it, and from what they could tell he'd been that way for too long for anyone's good.
Not to mention Cooper had told them that nobody had helped... That wouldn't fly, they'd fix that, no child should have to go through what this one did and they'd make absolute sure he wouldn't ever again and that he'd forget about those who did it in the first place, one way or another.

Branch lived in isolation on his own, gray, since he was a child. What if he coped in a different way than what was in the movies? I mean, if eating trolls made the Bergens happy…why shouldn’t it make others happy too? Being surrounded by them, they’re so close by, so easy to be near, easy to grab. Trolls are so trusting, so happy…Branch deserves to be happy, doesn’t he?

After Poppy talks to Branch about the awesome party they were going to throw, which ended in the grey troll going back to his bunker, she's suddenly transported to a big and dark room with a big rectangle in the center, other trolls also being transported and freaking out. Then she notices that the other side of the room has random Bergens in it, and the trolls rightfully panic even more.
Before a loud and echoing voice interrupts them.
Turns out, if they want to go home, then they have to watch Poppy's and Branch's future.
Not to mention that for some reason, the old boyband 'Brozone' seems to know who Branch is.
