Summary
After Ganondorf's siege on Hyrule seven years prior, (Y/N), a resilient and kind Hylian has been doing her best to live a quiet life in Kakariko Village. But things take a turn when she crosses paths with Link, the Hero of Time himself. What starts as an unexpected meeting quickly turns into a close bond, and maybe even something more. Her world is thrown into chaos, adventure, and more. Together, they travel across Hyrule to save the princess, protect their home, and stand against the darkness threatening everything they know. This story follows the events of Ocarina of Time with a few twists and touches from the manga. So things aren't going to be one to one with the game. This is a years old passion project that is reimagining familiar moments through the eyes of someone who was never meant to be part of the legend, but has the chance to change everything.

Summary
Zelda can sense the return of danger, and she knows she is the one destined to stop it. She won’t fail. Not with all this wisdom and all this authority at her fingertips.
Ganondorf can feel the curse creeping up on him, but he’s no closer to finding a way out than when he first learned of it. This hatred that fights to consume him will come for all his people next if he doesn’t stop it.
Link’s brother is missing. Bodyguard to the princess, Rift disappeared with her after the appearance of the Dark Beast in Gerudo Desert. Now a Voice is calling Link to defeat that Beast to save Hyrule and reunite his family.

“Then how can I make amends?”
“That’s easy,” the creature grins, showing off a row of sharp teeth. “With your life.”
“No,” Link says, stepping in front of the princess, shield raised and sword now unsheathed, its blade glowing a bright blue.
“Oh? You wish to fight me?”
The beast’s face is hard to read, but its voice isn’t. It is a mix of amusement and disdain, like it has no doubt that it can slice Link into tiny pieces before Link can so much as move. And Link has fought many monsters and slain them all. But none of them had a man’s intelligence, not even the mighty Lynels. And he has bested many skilled warriors, but none of them had this creature’s obvious strength and toughness.
He isn’t sure it’s a fight he can win. But there are other ways to do his duty. Other ways to protect Hyrule’s divine princess.
“Take me. Let her go.”

When Link surrenders to a monstrous beast to save Princess Zelda, he expects the creature to just kill him. Instead, he finds himself trapped with this strange creature full of contradictions. Maybe these mysterious, goddess-sent dreams he starts having will help figure out what, or who, this Ganon really is.

While this is not canon for Georgian Dynamo, The Mercenary's story, it does serve as a very good spin-off to showcase the relationship he's got with Hyrule and his endless battle against his eternal archnemesis, Vladimir Nero Makarov, The Butcher of Realms

This work is the first draft for a simple idea I had: what if a story were written about a Legend of Zelda game that was like a journal or a diary written by the main character, where each entry concerns the play sessions of the author playing the game?
I thought it was a fun idea that for far away in the future, but then The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom was revealed. This short fic is the first attempt at that concept, based on what we know and assume from the first trailer shown for the game.
This is written from the perspective of Princess Zelda after being rescued by Link, and the night before she would venture out on what she would consider to be the beginning of her adventure. What might her first thoughts and feelings be about Link and her quest, as she considers what she must do and what she wants to do? This is my (first) version of that answer.
This may or may not be the first chapter of what becomes a much longer work down the line, after the game comes out. For now, it's hype. Maybe it makes you want to play and beat the game even more, & if so that's a success in my book.

The land of Hyrule is marred by a history of strife and anguish, often being overrun with monsters and darkness. However in these times there is always a Princess of Light, and a Hero who wields the Sword that Seals the Darkness. These two, when together, are said to be able to defeat any odds. Although many in Hyrule brush these legends off as just myth, the same legend unfolds time and again.
This is the story of one such Princess and her Appointed Knight, and their journey to becoming more than that, of their lives beyond the legend ...though to begin this tale, I suppose we must start at the end….
In which after the Calamity Zelda and Link work on healing eachother, as well as the kingdom. Fluff ensues and these two idiots figure out they’re kinda made for eachother.
