Summary
Technoblade was perfectly happy teaching a criminology class, and if anyone told you otherwise, they were full of shit. He loved reviewing the same insane cold cases and over-analyzed killers semester after semester.
But when a new killer enters the scene, an elusive figure dubbed "Angel of Death" by the press, he can't help but return to his position as a consultant for the FBI.
This time it will be different. This time he won't spiral, won't be consumed by the mind of another killer. He has his therapist, Phil Craft, to keep him stable.

Fresh out of college, he had barely settled into his job as a detective, but his reputation for being skilled beyond his years had followed him into the precinct. After only a year, he'd cracked a murder case that stumped seasoned detectives. He had been a minor player on that case, barely noticed by the others. But it was him—Techno—who pieced it all together. His biggest achievement yet.
Now, though, he was back to the sidelines, helping on minor cases while the more established detectives got the ones he really wanted. The ones that mattered. Techno could feel it—like an itch under his skin—he needed more.

Summary
Former opioid addict now well decorated detective in the narcotics division, Technoblade, receives a golden ticket to go just about anywhere he pleases in the LAPD. During a small celebration with his best friend Philza, he receives a call stating his parents had died in an accident leaving him and his siblings orphaned.
Now he's working as a patrol officer trying to prove to the court he has the time, money, and responsibility to take custody of his younger brother while training a rookie cop named Ranboo and trying to convince his new coworkers he's a lone wolf.

Phil and Techno have been assigned to a small subsection of the Antarctic city, L'manberg. Their job is to solve the mystery of multiple murders that have been terrorizing the area. Oddly though, every victim is under 18 and has a smiley face carved into some spot of their dead body.
They've been working on the case for weeks with no success. They need a break. Luckily, a seemingly simple case walks right through the door for them. A man who's son is missing and has been for months. The police station has been no help, so maybe the two new detectives can crack the case.
What they didn't expect was how linked these two seemingly different cases would end up.
Or: Techno and Phil are tired and think they can easily solve a missing persons case to get their heads in the game again, they end up getting a little to attached to this brunette father and his missing golden blonde son.

Five years after Sally's death, Wilbur visits the town Fundy lives in in order to make amends. But it isn't that simple.

Summary
There's a reason Tommy works alone. He does his best detective work when no one is around to watch his methods. When a case can't be solved, Tommy is assigned to a crimescene along with detectives Techno, Wilbur, and Philza. Not only does he have to keep the fact that he can talk to ghosts a secret (though Tubbo and Ranboo try their best to make themselves known), he also has to figure out why there's dark magic tied to this case.
Hopefully before the killer strikes again.
__Wilbur always worked with his family, and his family alone. It's no secret that he doesn't like the fact that a teenager is added to their case to help out. What doesn't help is the fact that the blonde kid keeps glancing off to random places, a look to his eye that makes him feel like Tommy knows more about the world than he does. Wilbur doesn't like it. They're going to have to get along though.

Everything was silent again, besides Tommy’s faint crying. He curled up on the cold floor like a wounded animal. He always hated the coldness of the room, but now, it was easing his pain, at least a little bit.
But it's so cold... the floor was so hard, and uncomfortable. And everything hurt.
He wanted...a hug.
Tommy really, really just wanted a hug. Even it was from the person who was causing all of this pain.
