The few seconds he’s there watching them seem to spool out for hours, seem to drag on and on until the Ghost catches sight of him and says, “Oh! Hi!” He must have noticed Fynch the moment they both arrived, just like Fynch could sense him, but it’s suddenly extremely clear to Fynch that he was too distracted by his Guardian in the first instance to say anything.
Fynch blinks, momentarily dumbstruck at the realisation that he could somehow feel worse than he already did.

[Translation of originally Polish fic]
A story of travel, death and identity, trauma and platonic love; that is, Cogito-4 and his ghost Dun do urbex in an abandoned research facility on Europa. Dead dove for dying, as it's pretty much the second main theme (after, of course, the idea that Dun and Cogito like each other very much). Probably I will write some series about young Cogito in the City in the future. The story is set just after the events of Beyond Light.

After centuries of estrangement, Lord Nocturne returns to the Iron Temple to pay respects to his deceased friends -- reuniting with his husband Saladin in the process.
Years have passed since the two old Risen crossed paths, but old wounds still run deep. Nocturne's health has seriously deteriorated, and his return forces Saladin to deal with the uncomfortable reality of his actions -- as well as the question of whether or not he's willing to forgive the past, or risk losing his love forever.

No matter how many obstacles, no matter how tiring and endless the battles are, someone has to fight them. (Because to stop and breathe would be to acknowledge he’s tired and barely holding himself together, and that is just simply not an option, not when there are people who need him.)

The fear and awe of the Tangled Shore; it's the one thing everybody knows about the Spider. Knowing what there is to know about him, his infamous reputation and 'business' sense included, there is really no excuse you can come up with for yourself nor the the insufferable hots you've been having towards the Eliksni crime lord. The nerve of that bug, doing this to you! Then again, if you can't stop it - why would you? You end up trying to do something about it. It almost goes a bit too well.
On an entirely different note, Cayde turns out to be way chattier than you thought he'd be now that he's dead.
