- A dark psychological horror narrative centered around two adoptive siblings named Carl and Kara, who originally come from the town of Neukölln to Milwaukee, only to find themselves sucked into the grueling cycle of being PMC's.
- Kara and Carl both suffer from numerous mental issues even if undiagnosed, their shared flaw being the codependency seen around each other, even if Carl tries to push the thought away, with Kara constantly ensuring that he never leaves.
- Carl, being the disciplined and emotionally repressed Caretaker, made to manage Kara from a young age, witnesses his relationship with her grow from adoptive siblings to something more as he battles guilt and manipulation, facing these with forbidden affection.
- Kara, having witnessed her father murder her mother, quickly descends into insanity whilst also battling schizophrenia, seeing Carl as her only viable outlet creating a bond she'd never wish to break.
- With Carl leaving to Iraq after joining a PMC known as Tower Gun For Hire at 18, Kara, having been 16 at the time, would only reunite with him in Milwaukee 2 years later, only to figure out that Carl had changed.-
