    Closet just by the side of his bed, Sunny pulls the wooden doors of the closet open.

    ..Did his mom put a mirror in here?

    Sunny blinks, squinting for a moment, and realization dawns him when he notices that the figure's eyes don't follow his movement, skin borderline porcelain. He quickly staggers back and reaches for his violin behind him, only for his thin fingers to grab at air. Shoot, he left his violin downstairs. His only option now is to keep his eyes on the figure, making sure to focus on the person(?) before him.

    Omori sits leaning his back against one side of the closet as the other had his black socked feet pressed on the wood, his arms are curled around his knees and Sunny can see the faint shine of his knife in his hand.

    "Hi," Omori simply greets.

    Sunny gets a "little brother" in the shape of his regrets.

    Or, Omori is a weirdo of a kid and Sunny is not mentally stable enough to care for a 12-year-old. He still tries, though.

    Sunny couldn’t handle the familiar world around him after everything.
    Sunny gave up.
    Omori took over, keeping their body alive in the real world as Sunny went on adventures inside of HEADSPACE.

    And things were going surprisingly smoothly.
    Sunny was happy and safe inside his mind, and Omori had no problem keeping their body healthy. Well, mostly healthy. They didn't go outside or do any physical activity, but at least they weren't starving anymore.

    Everything was okay.
    -until the day that Omori woke up with the same body that they had in their dreamworld.

    To make things even better, somebody decided to knock upon their door. Their old friends, wanting to reconnect with Sunny.

    But Sunny wasn't here anymore. Omori was.
    And he couldn't even pretend to be the other with how their body suddenly decided to change.
