In his work, Gamma Rays, he and his partner had found a way to harness Gamma Rays and use them as an energy source. Hisashi was supposed to be out of the labs that day.
Samuel Sterns wanted to use the technology to create weapons, the Hero Commission just wanted to stop him, and All For One just wanted it for himself. A robbery gone wrong and an explosion, now something has been set free in the world of MHA, and that is the Hulk.
