It's go time.
"Yeah?" Kaoru said, turning around and hoping to see the most hideous man he'd ever met or probably someone average at best—and then his gaze flickered up to dark green and gorgeous curls, striking wine-colored eyes, stunning five o'clock shadow, a man who definitely looked familiar to a certain neighbor Kaoru once asked deliriously to kill a bug he saw in his apartment.
Kiriko also failed to mention that his hot neighbor was his blind date.
Kaoru was going to have a stroke. He fell off his chair with a shriek.
In which Kiriko sets Kaoru up on a blind date to get a guy she met at a mixer off her back. Kaoru agrees to make it the worst date possible, wearing a blonde wig as a disguise, fully unprepared for said date to be with his neighbor and local neighborhood chef, Kojiro, who he'd been crushing on for months.

“But it holds nothing on the greatest power invented by life on this planet.” Kojiro responded quietly. Kaoru faced Kojiro, for the first time, with nothing else to refute. Drained of all meaningless facts and opinions.
“Choice.” Kojiro smiled.
Studying the science of mechanics, Kaoru thinks he can figure out any program and its function. But when it comes to the concept of love, it is the one thing he fails to compute. So, he theorizes from the very beginning.

Kaoru wondered where it ended. He was the kind of handsome you’d see in magazines showcasing the next Don Juan of the generation, in his own cryptic way of showing it, something about his energy oozing pure sex and man was it effective.

In a series of unfortunate events, Kaoru, heir to the throne, finds out the commander of an army who once saved his life he must marry to bring peace in the middle of national affairs his kingdom has caused.
To make things complicated, said commander just happens to be Kaoru's long lost best friend who vanished several years ago. Kaoru is sick of it all, and Kojiro is tired. Everyone else is there, along for the ride to cause problems. The story of a fallen kingdom that rose from the ashes.
