Summary
While heading to meet with Zenkichi in Sapporo, the Phantom Thieves make a detour to investigate an unexpected Jail in a small town called Faraway Town. People have started to become listless and tired, staying in bed all not having the motivation to do anything.
Once they arrive Haru meets up with a friend from college named Hero, who tells them about his friend Sunny, who is also listless and unmotivated after seemingly starting to recover from depression.
But is Sunny a victim, or the perpetrator?
Can the Phantom Thieves save Sunny and the people of Faraway Town before the Jail's influence spreads?
And what does this have to do with a rouge shadow and the mysterious girl with a picnic basket?

Summary
Seven months after the truth was told and a few months after Kel and Sunny started talking again, the two of them arrange to meet up near Sunny's city. He sees him for the first time in a while, standing on the stone bridge with the small river underneath and the lovely dandelions peeking out between the cracks of the rocks. However, Kel's very own feelings are something that is going to make this a lot more complicated than it initially seems. He loves hanging out with Sunny, of course he does, but seriously, what on earth has he gotten himself into this time?!
"Sunny often made him fluster, or get all flushed in the face, or made Kel stop and admire him without even having to try. The thought of 'wow, he sure looks nice' was not a simple lapse of his judgment within his mind, or some sort of slip up. Kel thought Sunny was beautiful, both inside and out.
And that…well, that was when it truly hit him. Seriously, like a punch of truth right in the face.
Kel most certainly had a crush on his best friend."

Summary
Sunny's eye shot back open at the sensation of something pressing down on his stomach. An arm. As pale as a sheet of paper, cut off at the shoulder as it seemed to project out from Sunny's black shirt, the arm was in stark contrast to the dark fabric. Bent at the elbow, it tensed before pushing and pressing its palm more forcefully against Sunny's stomach. Nausea spiking for a moment, Sunny swallowed a pained gasp before shakily pressing himself further into the wall in a futile attempt to escape the situation. The hand froze and immediately paused its movements. A metallic clang sounded in Sunny's ears, and his breath hitched as the glint of a blade entered his vision.
After Sunny tells his friends the truth, he can't bear their reactions. Consumed by guilt and self-hate, he very nearly succeeds in throwing himself from the hospital balcony. After moving to his new home without another word to any of them, Sunny's mental state is only deteriorating further. His hallucinations may have been getting worse, but this one of Omori seems a bit too real...
As his friends struggle to reconcile with what Sunny told them and what he'd nearly done, Kel is, once again, the first to reach out.

After Sunny had told the truth to his friends, he sneaked away from the hospital to go to the secret hangout spot one last time before he had to leave Faraway. He ends up falling through the pond and going to a different reality, similar but different from his own where he died and Mari survived.
Will he be able to forgive himself for his sins and help these versions of his friends from this reality as well?

(+ SPOILERS)A child managed to take over and reshape purgatory into a cotton candy-gum drop escapist fantasy world, and friend group go on a road trip to said dream world to find missing persons.
Meanwhile SOMETHING, akin to a demon from hell used re-shaped fever-dream Limbo and this one friend group's very bad coping mechanisms to feed off their grief and escape into the real world, at which point a Valkyrie descended from on high and killed it with a flaming sword.
Man, was this fun!
