0 connects the mortal plane to Lor. With Lor, one can travel from the realm of Dreams to the Physical Plane. But Lor is not mean to be reached. It is not meant to be used.
So... what happens when a bunch of grubby human dumb-dumbs use Lor to try and take their entire world to Lor? Bad things, obviously. Someone has to clean up the mess when they're done.
Thankfully, we have just the guy/girl/ambigously gendered blob for that.

Kirby is the savior of Dreamland! Kirby is also eleven (and a half!) years old, living in a run down shack on the outskirts of town. Without a responsible guardian in sight. As King Dedede and Meta knight are soon to find out.
Neither of their egos took it well when they were trounced (repeatedly) by an elementary schooler. They take it even worse when they find out he lives alone. As a winter storm looms ever closer, will these sworn partners be able to turn up the heat enough to keep out the blizzard, while staying out of hot water with our pink protagonist?
If the adults in the room want to succeed, they will have to do so very, very, slowly.
Like boiling a frog.
