So when The Corinthian learns that Dream meets someone on a regular basis every 100 years he goes to follow one time.

It's a warm summer’s afternoon, a Saturday, and Bertie is sat at her usual table planning a new module on the history of taverns and pubs in European culture, when footsteps sounds and a shadow falls over her table. It’s like déjà vu – she feels as though she’s back in the White Horse of 1389, especially when she looks up to see her Stranger, still robed in black, standing, looking down at her.
Bertie almost wants to be angry – it’s been so long with no explanation – but she’s just so happy to see her again that her face breaks into a smile.
“You’re late.” She says, simply. Her Stranger laughs slightly and gives Bertie a smile that warms her inside and makes her want to cry.
“It seems I owe you an apology.” God, Bertie’s missed that voice. “I’ve always heard it impolite to keep one’s friends waiting.”

With themes of memory, love, and rebirth, the story follows their quiet, lingering presence in a world that believes Dream has truly died. But not all endings are final. May this be a quiet place to explore their story, their bond, and all the moments that never made it into the stars.
The continuation of the storyline is primarily based on the TV show, most are Healing Morpheus but still has Morpheus X OC. You've been warned.
