If you have thought that the terrible tales about the lives of the Baudelaire orphans were already finished, I suggest you continue living on with that belief. It would be best to find another book to read in order to spare yourself from the misery and despair that awaits you upon further progression into this book's contents.
Surely there must something more preferable than reading about what happened to the two sets of well-known orphans, a former hotel manager, a vague trail of sightings, scrumptious carrot cake, and other unpleasant details you certainly would not be interested in.

I wish I could come up with something fantastical, but I just wrote that they lived happily ever after! Just kidding. Violet continues her career as a VFD agent, and is recruited to capture and kill Count Olaf. This scheme goes horribly wrong, and she finds herself questioning everything as she is drawn into a plot that involves a man she thought she should hate forever but he is so manipulative she realizes she can never escape. Dual schemes come into conflict. This is a slutty dark romance, and someone dies at the end.-
