Summary
Of course, a mass casualty event was not the time to disclose that to Robby. Of course, Robby was at capacity for how much he could lose. And of course, it had been the worst day of Robby’s life. For a moment, in his drug-induced selfishness, Frank pleaded for Robby to remember the little bit of good in him; to ignore the bad. When Frank watched Leah die from across the room, when he heard of Robby trembling against a wall in pedes, he did the only thing that made sense. He insisted that Robby see the abundance of bad in him; to ignore the good.

Summary
"Hey, I think she likes you."
You turn around to see Jack Abbot still in scrubs, with a leash around his hand, coiling like a snake.
The German Shepherd wags her tail faster at the sight of him "Is she yours, Dr. Abbot?"
"Well if she wants a mom we can co-parent."
"Proposal already? At least a dinner and a movie first."
"I can arrange that."

Summary
“I put in 1095, but it won’t turn off!” Dennis shrieks, trying to be heard over the sound of the alarm. He knows that he didn’t get the numbers wrong because he’s staring right at them on the crumpled sticky note. “What am I doing wrong?”
“Did you push the off button?”
Dennis looks at the keypad, not seeing anything that says Off. “What?!”
“Put the code in and push the pound sign after.”
Dennis does as he’s told, except, in his panic, he hits the asterisk instead. “Shit.”
“It’s the hashtag,” Robby says, sounding entirely put out.
“I know what a pound sign is,” Dennis grumbles, hitting the button and noticing the word Off in the smallest font known to man under the #.

Or, 5 times Dennis sets off Robby's alarm, + 1 time Robby does it himself.

This is a collection of drabbles featuring our favorite Pittlings. It is my first time writing a fic and a way to find a little happiness in this space that is life. There may be more characters, situations, and relationships/friendships that will be added.
Or I'm letting the characters inspire me, and that could lead us anywhere.

Summary
“A lot of really good people struggle with addiction.”
٠࣪⭑
“What ifs” were marvelous little thieves—experts at sneaking in after dark, picking the locks of sleep, and making off with sanity as a bonus prize. Frank Langdon, their most recent victim, had grown quite tired of nightly staring contests with his ceiling, all while rehearsing increasingly inadequate apologies to Robby. The universe flipped a coin in his favour: a call requesting his early return to brace for the Fourth of July rush.
Frank, of course, agreed.
Robby? Not so much. Having slipped into escape mode already, dodging neatly into a three-month sabbatical and putting off the long-avoided conversation for just a little while longer.
Which raises the question: what if Frank decided that “later” wasn’t good enough?

Once the last sunlight hits the window they should not be near The Pitt. They treat the patients to the best of their capabilities, try to get them good enough to be released from the hospital by the end of the day. If they don’t manage too, then the night staff takes care of it, however they seem fit.
There were rules, Dennis knew better than to not follow them. But when Dr. Robby gets into a motorcycle accident all the reason falls off the window.

"Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by Him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." ~ Isaiah 53:4-5

Recovery for Robby brings back old insecurities and brings new ones. His decision of staying in the hospital instead of going home left Dennis feeling unwanted and useless. Summary
"Something was different, though.
Then he remembered. The anger he had felt two years ago, when Neem Abdi, [...] the unexpected Victor of the 73rd Games, [...] died on her way to be crowned. Five rioted, Four, Six, Seven and Two, followed suit to a lesser degree. [...] Didn’t the Capitol boast state of the art health care? Had they even tried to save her?
Then he remembered how quickly the rumors of Zachary’s suicide spread—like proper wildfire, before Fall. [...] His Victory tour was cancelled, and that was that. [...] not even Zachary's own family [...] dared demand answers.
Then he remembered.
Right.
That was what was missing."
Or: The Capitol turns the Districts’ most beloved symbols into instruments of televised horror to reassert control. As the 75th Games force former allies into impossible choices, a fractured resistance realizes that even if they may not all survive, they can make sure these Games are the last.

Summary
God, he’s done for.
That smile which he met just under ten hours ago, stood right infront of him. He’s dawning a blue zip up, cargo pants.
Those hands that pinned him down just eight hours ago hung onto either side of his stethoscope that was slung around his neck.
The lips that nibbled on the inside of his thigh, upturned, in the same smile that greeted him across the smoky bar.
“Fuck.” Dennis had to force down the bile. He mumbles under his breath, enough to catch a sly eye from Trinity.
“Hello. I’m Dr. Michael Robinavitch. I’m the new chief attending.”
Great.
or in which Dennis’ one night stand from Dr. Al-Hashimis going away party just so happens to be his new boss at the PTMC.
