Hallo!
I wanted to mark my journey in the game Pokémon Rebound. I have really loved this game and I have replayed this a lot! I remember playing this game, so I want to mark it as a story now. I wanted it to be exclusive, so I won’t be specifying the gender. I hope you enjoy this journey of mine with me.
I will definitely recommend you guys play it or watch a play-through. Or if you guys prefer to find things out by reading this.
I think the main character will be referred to as Reader or Mx. Reader. And I will refer to them as they/them. The name of our rival will be Jax.
I will definitely try to give out a chapter each year.

Summary
Your very first clear memory was not of the Ground , but your own death. You remember the pain . the sounds of sirens and screaming. A piece of metal was sticking out of your stomach. Your skin coated in a deep red while paramedics run about to save other survivors. Not you of course, you could tell it was over for you. Left ear torn off , blinded in your right eye , and blood spilling from your mouth. The scent of smoke was all you could smell before you closed your eyes forever.
Reincarnation ? you never believed in it. Neither did you believe much in other religions. You’d stayed playing it safe as an agonist but questioning the purpose of life and death only made your head hurt and heart race. Looking in the mirror with a new face you kinda had too.
(Reader is reincarnated and wakes up as Hyo but doesn't realize it until a concerning amount of time has passed.)

Josh Levy thinks he might know someone. An old friend from back in the day, someone he used to trade comics with and argue about X-Men until three in the morning. Someone who definitely knows their stuff and won’t back down from Bill’s gatekeeping bullshit. Someone who could actually fit right in with their dysfunctional basement club.
The problem was, Josh very carefully not mentioned to Bill and the others that Y/N was, in fact, Y/N. As in, a girl.

He's in some of your classes, specifically Maths, Art, Science and Drama. Whenever you see him in those lessons, he's messing around, jumping onto chairs, yelling and laughing, throwing anything he gets his hands on. His deep laugh spreads like wildfire, and he's usually always laughing at something. He also talks to a lot of girls in those classes, making them feel special, even though he treats the next one just the same. And they don't know it.
But you're somewhat sentient. He's never spoken to you, nor interacted with you much. Sure, some indirect things have happened, such as he's chucked a pen, and it's landed somewhere around you, and you pass it back to him wordlessly, but considering your...well, appearance, personality, interests, all that, he's never pointed you out, nor made fun of you to his mates. It comes as a surprise to you that he hasn't acted cruelly to you, yet at the same time, it's relieving.
