Rio’s head jerked back at that. “I’m going to blow the whole mission? I’ve been the only one doing anything!”
Agatha’s hand clenched around the door knob. “And what makes you say that?”
Red began to taint Rio’s skin. “I’ve been looking for our mission target.” Rio leaned in closer, her face inches away from Agatha’s, “Whilst you’ve been…what? Playing catch up with friends.”
Agatha smirked.
“Something funny?” Rio asked, her breath hot against Agatha’s face.
Or: The Smith's Programme, the only programme in the FBI that forces you to marry a complete and utter stranger whom you must complete top-secret missions with. As soon as the two women lay eyes on each other, it is clear Rio Vidal and Agatha Harkness are attracted to one another. But is it just that, or will they inevitably fall in love? Time will tell.

Summary
Nicholas Scratch is reborn into a body not his own. Lost and confused, he can only recall small bits of his memory. Most significantly, he remembers killing witches with his mother, and he remembers a cosmic entity on the other side of life, always keeping an eye on him. He reverts back to killing witches, to get the attention of one Lady Death, seeking answers. Lady Death, forced to grapple with the fact that her own son has defied the laws of the universe she's sworn to uphold, agrees to give him the answers he seeks.
In the meantime, a certain Agatha Harkness has no idea that her son is alive on earth again.
At least, not yet.

She looked around, her face growing pale as she looked around, everyone was dead. Lilia gasped as she looked around, the place was a mess, and in the middle of the room was a girl on top of a woman, hitting her over and over again with a brick. Rio aimed her gun at the girl.
"FBI! Hands up!"
The girl's head snapped up and she looked at Rio, her grip on the brick tightening, when her eyes met Rio's her heart stopped for a moment, and she took a closer look at the girl. She looked terrified, a big bulky collar was around her throat, the chain attached to the wall. Rio did something that shocked Lilia, she lowered her gun.
"Vidal, what are you doing?"
"What's your name?"
"Agatha Harkness."

Summary

Follow their journey from Salem in the 1600's through the ages until the 1900's as they fall in love, learn about their powers, and figure out how to choose happiness with each other and start a family.
“Why aren't you afraid of me?” Agatha's voice broke the silence, a sharp edge to it.
Rio paused, her brow furrowing as she searched for the right words. “I know what it's like, you know…being the one everyone avoids.” She lowered her voice. “I don't have to hear their words. I can feel it. I can sense when death has been near, when the air feels heavier, like something is about to happen.” She shrugged, a self- deprecating smile on her lips. “I guess it's something I've always carried. People think I bring it with me. But I'm just different, and they don't like that.”
Agatha stared at Rio, the words sinking in. She had always felt alone, always felt that no one could understand her. But here, in this moment, Rio wasn't running. She wasn't whispering behind her back or treating her like a monster.-
