There are three things Alex knows for sure:

3. They hate being in Hell.After dying and waking up in Hell, Alex can't remember a single thing leading up to their arrival in eternal damnation. After Angel Dust saves them and brings them to the Hazbin Hotel, Alex finds themself surrounded by people who contradict everything they know about Hell and its inhabitants.
