Briefly forgetting he doesnt have much need to exert himself to weild the master sword now that the calamity is gone, threats will slowly aleviate, but for now he can fuly recover. The though is foriegn and daughting.
What will he do with all this new found time? - Link tried to wonder as he sat next to Zelda as he attempted to rest or at least come down from his adreniline peak.
AKA: Link and Zelda are adjusting to the normalcy of a world without an empending doom and need for survival instinct. For link not having to protect his princess at every turn, as Zelda struggles to balance rebuidling the kingdom while trying to navigate her and Link's relationship.

“No, I mean, who are you then?”
Oh.
That’s what she meant.
He didn’t have a word for what he really was, so he just shrugged. Their armor clinked with the movement, and he itched to scrape it off, scrape off the metal that framed their shoulders, circular metal encasing his true self.

After months of honing her skills, the princess turned hero now faces an enemy greater than anyone could ever predict. Will she defeat this malicious beast? Or will she fall victim to the doubts and worries of becoming savior? Only time will tell.(based off of an AU mod concept, but this 'mod concept' had become so story-driven, I figured it'd work better as a fanfiction instead [also I don't know how to mod at all] Please enjoy!)
