“Yes?” Of all the things he’d thought Vox wanted to talk about, this was not one of them. Valentino was a demon of many talents, but not many knew about that hobby. He was a social butterfly, but there were times when it felt nice to be alone with a canvas and a brush. Sit back and create a scene without having to deal with spoiled actors and annoying technicians.
“I want a family portrait,” Vox said. “To hang up at home.”
Valentino stared at him. “You want me to paint you and your little whore?”
“He’s my wife, Val.”
“Fine, fine. Why do you want me to paint you two?”
“I’d like a portrait off us, and Alastor has never done well with photography.”
Valentino is invited to Vox and Alastor’s home, to paint a picture of the happy couple.

As Hell scrambles to prepare for war against Heaven, the Vee's scheme to take over during the chaos. Unconventional plans leads to Angel's position change from Porn-Star to Cam-Model.
With his own power play, Vox essentially tasks Valentino with bounty hunting duty. It'd help their odds of finding Adam if Val believed Vox's claim that he has returned as a Sinner, but even if he did, Val has more pressing concerns- like who the fuck is this raccoon-guy thats sniffing around Angel. It doesn't matter. Angel will be his again if he has anything to say about it.
Meanwhile, Alastor is up to Something, but Husk can't be bothered with what. He's too busy trying to pick up and glue together Angel's broken pieces, and it's not like it involves him or anyone at the hotel- that is, until it does.
