Pete looks over, shooting a magic blast behind him at another goopy goo as he observes Cody.
“I feel fine,” Cody protests.
Pete watches as Cody’s body shakes and sweat beads on his forehead, sword trembling in his hand as his skin pales. Sure. He’s fine.

Fluff really, I wrote this in like 45 minutes, Percy comes out to Annabeth and Annabeth does her thing, plus I wanted to have the Dimension 20 crrossover because I think Kingston and Percy would be friends, also Kingston helped deliver Estellle that’s canon now. Also, as always, my Percy is 3rd gen Cuban/Jewish/American. Anyway, I hope this is good, or at least that someone enjoys.

It slides, always tumbling to the floor and Pete catches it with familiar ease. Cody’s religiously dropping the thing. There’s even a little loop to ensure he doesn’t drop it, and yet.
“A cane sword,” Cody says again.
