Still, beloathed or not, Darkwing Duck always proved himself to be a decent challenge. Something that irked Negaduck at first. The stupid goody-two shoes, always getting in his way…
But he realized, slowly, how his conquering of the Negaverse’s St. Canard was just too easy. When he turned to villainy, he found that it came very easily to him. So easy that he swiftly steamrolled over the city, metaphorically speaking for the most part and a tiny bit literally, and before he knew it, it was all his! And those who rebelled? Crushed like bugs.

At first it doesn’t bother him, primarily because it never really registers in his mind just how dependent he is on his dimensional counterpart. He just causes chaos whenever he’s bored, and waits for Darkwing Duck to come to him. And Darkwing always shows.
It’s the one time that he doesn’t— even after Negaduck’s robbed several museums, a jewelry store, and a grocery store because he was out of pistachio ice cream— that he starts to get agitated.
