Summary
In which the fire that sparked the rebellion died with Katniss Everdeen.
It is the 100th Hunger Games, the fourth Quarter Quell. Each district is to send twelve tributes, six boys and six girls, to fight to the death against each other in an arena based off their district. The male and female winners then get sent to the national games, the arena having been created around the ruins of the first rebellion.
Two chapters for each game, one for the boy victor, one for the girl. Then, the Grand Finale begins.

Their stories are separate in many ways but intertwine to bring the whole tale to life.

Some of Blooms earliest memories were of begrudgingly watching the Hunger Games each year. When they were old enough for their name to be in the Reaping, she made a show of acting upset when their name wasn’t pulled from the large glass bowl and “accidentally” volunteering a second too late. The truth was, that although Bloom was trained for the Games, even showing a talent with knives, they were absolutely, completely, indifferent.
Bloom noticed that Yells had finally continued their ridiculously drawn out explanation, “—the previous Victors will be choosing which two tributes will go into the arena.”

Clove is in the 72nd Hunger Games. Cato will be in the next work in the series and they will meet there but if you want Clove's story. You may read this. Clove is going to be Cato's mentor. Clove and someone close to her go into the games together. Victory tour and more traumatic shenanigans will be in the next piece before Cato is introduced. All in all, everyone needs a bit of trauma so most of the characters I introduce will die. It is The Hunger Games after all. Then, after Cato's game, little bit rebellious if I decide to skip Katniss and Peeta's games. Let me know if you want to see Cato and Clove POV as mentors in the 74th or just skip to the 75th or briefly go over the 74th.

I'll think of a better title.
This story will be in three parts:
The 73rd Hunger Games where Hannibal competes and wins. We see what makes him who he is: the trauma of the arena and a series of realizations. He's 17 at this point. He mutilates a lot of people. This is just going to be a prologue
The 74th Hunger Games where Will is mentored by Hannibal and wins the games. Will is 15 here and in this segment, he develops a relationship with Hannibal as well as a predilection for homicide. His autistic traits are probably going to be addressed more because I'm autistic and I wanted that in the show.
The 75th Hunger Games in which the Quarter Quell twist is that the two most recent victors from every district are sent into the arena. They kill people together. Oh yeah and they try to kill each other. (And instead of rebelling against the Capitol it's just because they're in love and very mentally disturbed. they don't have to pretend)Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure I'm a shitty writer so be ready.
