Summary:
In March, a little over four years after knowing Mal, High King Benjamin is forced by the royal council to send his Lady of the Court to the Isle of the Lost after she is accused of high treason and murder. By April, King Benjamin is still refusing to believe Mal is guilty; he finds evidence that his childhood friends framed her. By June, High King Benjamin is practically begging them to allow him to bring in the Auradon knights to find Mal, after failing to right this wrong by himself. In that same month, he declares Audrey Rose Greystone and Chad Charming Jr. fugitives and dangerous criminals. On September, his knights finally succeeded. They found Mal. However, she wasn't the same person she had been a few months ago. With Audrey and Chad on the run and Mal slowly healing, King Ben is hoping that it's not too late to fix his mistake and get his happily ever after.Information:

When Carlos is entrusted to complete Mal's Royal Cotillion dress, their tentative friendship becomes complicated. Mal lies and schemes to delay choosing between the boy who said he'll show her what love is and the boy who said he loves her for who she is, good or bad.Ben learns about the dark history of how his father formed Auradon. He learns of what happened to those who did not conform and must decide what to do with impending war with Neverland and an isle uprising led by a baron.
Horns are a sign of powerful, evil magic - or so Evie has heard her entire life and is mortified when she grows her own. With Ben's help, she looks to unravel the mystery behind the magic running in her blood. And she must do it to save everyone and everything she loves.

Audrey Rose had fallen into the sleeping curse placed on Maleficent's sceptre. The only way to wake her from the brink was either Hades himself or a true loves kiss.
They had went with Hades, as he was the most obvious choice. But even his godly power didn't wake Audrey up. They would have tried with first option but the list of people for that is near nothing.
Before being sent back to the Isle, Hades told them that Audrey's soul is probably isn't in the realm of the dead. At least, not in his. So where did Audrey's soul went to?
It's been a few days after the events when the news broke. Mal and Ben were shocked to their bones at the disappearance of Audrey Rose's still unawakened body. First it was her soul, now it's her literal body that had gotten up and left. It's all the more stressful when somewhere in Auradon, there's a serial killer on the loose.

While saving Ben from the Pirates on the rescue of Mal, they make a quick escape and then realize that they left Carlos behind. With so much press on them, they can't immediately return to save Carlos like the Prince wants. Months later, while Ben is left alone with his emotions, he takes the rescue into his own hands.Carlos never wanted to set foot on the Isle again. He never thought that Harry Hook would be the one he would take solace in. He has never felt so wanted the way Harry and Gil have made him feel. Harry has to put all his energy into protecting him, even when a certain villain now running the Isle catches wind of it. Carlos' biggest want was not to be face-to-face with his parents.
Harry has always wanted a shipmate. He hadn't thought it would be the runt in Mal's crew. Harry enjoyed keeping Carlos warm at night and looking after him for a month. When the Prince of Auradon took away his Mutt, only one thing was on Harry and Gil's minds... revenge.
