Summary
Link shivered beneath a blanket, arms huddled in close to this chest. He was half sure he was dreaming. His head ached, heavy like an overstuffed turkey. The green glow did not help. Hylian faces looked alien in this light, escaping the grasp of familiarity. He watched them for a moment longer, hoping the old man would be there among them. Then, self-pitying in his failure to find him, he let his head loll back against the pillow with a groan.
The pillow that shifted beneath him, to his mild alarm. A rumble of laughter met his ears, vibrating against his skin.
“Had a good nap?” came the old man’s voice, soft and amused.
Oh. There he was.

Summary
Wild sighs, rolling out his shoulders with a wince. He stands, hands above his head in a stretch to try and pull some of the ache out of his body. He spins slowly, dropping his arms to fold them across his chest at the interruption.
Twilight looks utterly unimpressed with him. The broken branch still lays under the heel of his boot. It looks intentional— it probably was. Twilight opens his mouth, but Wild gets their first.
"Slates running low, its fair game."
Twilight raises an eyebrow at him. Wild curls in on himself a little, only because the cold feels like its burrowing into his bones, not any other reason. There's a little spark of guilt in the back of his gut, which is ridiculous because the slate is actually running low and he's not actually doing anything wrong.

Summary
Wild has been married to Sidon for a whole year now and it's been a dream. Unfortunately their peace is interrupted when once again the Heros across the eras are brought together by Hylia herself. What starts as odd seismic activity in the Era of Wilds ends up being something far more sinister. The Chain must band together to fight this evil, but how? As they journey through the eras to find a solution something unexpected happens that has Wild and the rest of the Chain reeling. How will this unexpected news affect the team and their quest?
Story is not abandoned just taking a while to update haha. It will be finished!

Link doesn’t sleep.
He almost never does. He never rests his eyes, or takes a nap. He is never fully rested, never free of the dark circles that lie below his eyes.
Sometimes, his lack of sleep is manageable. Others, it’s . . . dangerous, to say the least.
And when Link finds a strange, massive wolf, he does his best. Even if the ground is starting to sway. And for a long while, he couldn't figure out if the wolf was real, or a lie.
. . . He was scared to find out.
Then the strange travelers came out of nowhere. That was when everything went wrong, Link supposed. They nearly killed him, too. Although, that was partly his fault.
And yet, Link doesn’t sleep. And he never would, if he had a say about it.
Screw the consequences.

So maybe Wild isn't feeling that great, that's true. And maybe he isn't completely aware of what is happening to him, true as well. Luckily, he has other eight heroes who are more than willing to take care of him when he's not in top condition.
