Earth just watched his expression, his face aching with the force of his grin. “I know you finished the last one a little bit ago, but I was figuring out which one you’d like best.” He let the book go and rubbed at the back of his neck, his grin turning sheepish. “And I wanted to ask you something?”
Jupiter reached out and collected the book in one hand; but his eyes stayed locked on Earth, who hoped in vain that he didn’t look as flustered as he felt. “Of course, Earth. What did you need?”
Or; Earth takes Jupiter to his surface for a surprise.

Summary
Larissa, the most observant of her siblings, finally notices the bundle Neptune is currently carrying with his upper arms. “Neptune, what's that?”
He laughs, such a reaction always coming naturally to him. “I brought you guys a new playmate! He'll be entertaining you all when I'm not around due to orbital reasons!”
A chorus of cheers erupts from the moons, as they climb up his set of arms to see who their new playmate would be.
“What's their name?” asks Galatea, completely excited to play with the moon once he wakes up.
Neptune smiles, tilting his head. “Triton.”

“Earth!”
He startled when something soft impacted his chest and dropped his head to see snow falling in clumps from his hoodie—and then he looked up to see Neptune preparing another snowball, rocking back and forth excitedly. “I got you!”
Earth let himself grin, his lashes edging in on his vision as his eyes narrowed from the force of his smile—and then he darted forward with all of his strength, bowling Neptune completely over onto the ground and making the new snowball fall from his grip.

Summary
In the beginning, it was all dust and debris. First, there was innocence. Then, there was war. Later, there was the incident. And After, when all the guilt and chaos settled, he came back. Although, no one is the same after so many years alone.
When the Earth began mend his realtionships with the other planets after the Moon revolution, he began to feel watched. When he talked to the others, they felt similarly. There was a prescence out there that couldn't be explained. When Jupiter and Saturn began to talk more and the Sun became stricter on orbital alignment, the rocky planets knew something was up in the solar system.

Summary
And then he gains a hundred and twenty-eight more.
A hundred and twenty-eight new moons.
Bringing Saturn's moon count to a total of Two Hundred and Seventy-Four.
And Saturn, like the absolute moron he was, had not reacted well. At all.
"Saturn please come back!" Enceladus' voice cut through the panicked vog, making the tears prickling in his eyes feel way worse.
But Saturn did not stop running away.
Cosmos, he was pathetic.
Saturn was not surprised that he gained new moons. Neptune had gained two new little ones, and Uranus had recently received a baby too. The ringed planet knew very well anything was possible, and had expected to gain new faces to love and cherish.
He'd thought it would be like the ice giants. One or two.
He hadn't expected a HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT.

Saturn, overwhelmed by the fact that his moons have doubled in amount as well as the fear of hurting them... does not react well to his newest moons.

Summary
Swallowing down a bolt of fear, Luna sat back up and grabbed his necklace again, the warm metal feeling like a comfort. As long as his moon necklace was intact, he knew that nothing bad had happened to Earth.
Then, as Luna studied the silver metal of the necklace, Earth’s symbol shining in the sunlight, it shattered like ice in his hands and Luna’s entire world stopped.
“MERCURYYYYY!!!!” He screamed, louder than he ever had before, as his core contracted with a mixture of emotional agony and fear.
Or; Earth hopes that it'll stay calm for once, after everything that's happened, especially with his earthlings giving him more than enough issues to deal with... but more lurks within the solar system, and revenge is a dish best served cold.

Sound hurt.
He couldn't help but whimper again- but was silenced by a massive presence that had already been so close to him- wait.
Was he being held?
"Shhh..." Earth heard a gentle shush, followed by the massive arms cradling him closer, moving as if he were made of glass-
As whoever it was picked him up so carefully, and pressed them close to their chest. Close enough to feel the steady rise and fall, as well as-
Warm.
That single thought stopped everything else.
Earth nuzzled into the source of heat on instinct.
Another large hand cradled his head and back, thumb carefully petting his hair. Once the little planet managed to soak up some of the warmth, he tried opening his eyes again.
His vision was still horrible, and it hurt to keep his eyes open- but he was greeted by a mass of yellow, with giant, sparkling rings above their head.
