It is sparkling with thousands of stars that litter it continuously, and Chayanne and Tallulah watch it with equal amounts of awe in their eyes.
Yet Chayanne still has his hand on the thick iron hilt of his sword, tilted towards the sky where his eyes stare now, each constellation reflected there in his eyes like a pond would reflect his face back at him as he stared upwards. He felt like his body would ripple like the water in the buckets they carried up to the top of the Wall if he moved, so he didn't even shudder at the cold wind rushing through his bones.
Tallulah held her flute close to her chest, the stars a wonder beyond what she could comprehend. Starry night skies were a weekly occurrence now in Isla Quesadilla, but Tallulah still hadn't gotten over the shock she'd had when her Tío Technoblade had taught her about the way each star connected to another in the sky, like their family had connected.

It had been a while since Technoblade had followed Philza to the overworld, and he liked to think he'd gotten a pretty good grasp of the place by now. A lot of things were pretty similar to the Nether, after all!
There were threes, with bark the color of soul sand or bones. There were animals called pigs, which were a smaller, friendlier version of hoglings. There were even creatures called villagers, who participated in a ritual similar to the trading the piglins did.
However, none of these things were as strange as the thing called the sky.
Where the Nether had a solid roof, the overworld had a big hole above it.And the hole was picking a fight.
