Summary
A "Remake" of The 28th/29th Godzilla Movie from 2004, which so happens to be my personal favorite movie of all time, even if I know it isn't really objectively. I just can't help but love the rocking music, fast pace, attention to wild action, and sense of being a grand franchise finale. But yes, it's not perfect, but for years since a little kid, I've had a whacky imagination for forming a "version" of this movie like other things I like, where I "fix" some things to make it as cool and interesting as possible. For here, that includes working the storyline to be connected to The Kiryu Saga (Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla/Tokyo S.O.S.), feature not 15, but EVERYBODY to appear in a movie by this point, and "replacing" the human leads with cartoon animals I loved back in the day to be more fun.
Though over the years, I never got to actually try WRITING it till recently for various reasons. But after I got around to it, here I go posting it hoping either some Godzilla Enthusiasts will like it, or newcomers will find it quite a spectacle.

Summary
A slow burn romance/human au. Godzilla, Mothra, and their group of friends (Anguirus, Rodan, ect) are beginning college. Godzilla and Mothra have a thing for eachother but both are paranoid about saying it to the other because they don't think the other feels the same, even though everyone else thinks it's obvious. Hijinks ensue as the group gets used to the new school and schedule while their friends, in their own ways, try to nudge Godzilla and Mothra towards what they believe is inevitable and ultimately good for the two.
