“Tommy, get my phone and call Schlatt, please,” Wilbur says as he spots an unfamiliar car begin to drive behind him. “Now.”
Tommy scrambles to take Wilbur’s phone as Wilbur continues to drive, circling around town, watching closely as the car seems to get closer and closer. “Wilbur? What’s wrong?” Schlatt’s voice calls from the phone.
“Pineapples aren’t very good on pizza,” Wilbur says, knowing Schlatt understands.

Wilbur was just an average guy with a daughter and a younger brother to take care of. A harmless outing to the park on a winter day suddenly takes a turn and everything Wilbur thought he knew is upended.

He had to be careful, if he used up all of his magic while Wilbur was gone, well... that could end badly. Not really for his health necessarily. I mean sure I could theoretically get stabbed while I was delirious but that would never happen. Wilbur's too much of a worrywart for that.Techno chuckles to himself, remembering the last time Techno had used a little too much magic on one particular spell and Wilbur had forced him to bed rest for multiple days. If Techno hadn't been constantly sneaking out, it would've been weeks.
Techno yawns as he rolls over once more, unable to find the right spot that would allow him the comfort of sleep.
Well... since he's up, he might as well just put up one more protection spell, just to make sure that everything will be fine while he sleeps. (Or lays in bed for hours tossing and turning missing his twin.)

Techno is a lil magic guy and he uses up too much magic while his family is away. But see, if Wilbur comes home, then he'll smother Techno in worry, and Techno doesn't want that.

Summary
Phil opens the door, expecting a barrage of childish yells to hit him.
The children looking back at him are silent, eyes wide. The older one has long pink hair and is dressed as a witch, he thinks. It's not a good costume at all- jeans and a sweater and a witch hat. The younger one is dressed as... Phil's not sure. He's pale, with convincing blueish lips and a scrape across his cheek, plus a black robe that's dragging on the ground. Oh! It's the rest of the witch costume.
The kids are still silent, and Phil blinks, forcing himself to stop staring.
“Happy Halloween!” Phil greets to prompt them, scanning the street. There don't seem to be any parents watching them. That's... concerning. They shouldn't be out here all alone.
“Uh- Happy Halloween?” The older one says back, phrased like a question. It's not a trick-or-treat, but it'll do. Phil pulls out a handful of candy. Neither kid have a basket, but the older one hesitantly holds out a hand. Phil hands the candy over and turns to the younger one, smiling.
“And what are you supposed to be, mate?”
The boy promptly throws up on Phil's porch.

Summary
Tommy looks up in a glare, and— he's flash banged with warm, filling colour.
There's sweet pinks like candyfloss melting on his tongue and firey, assertive reds filling him with a spunk and Determination, green Patience threading through it all like mint.
Tommy's eyes glitter with hunger, and he licks his lips, finally paying attention to what the awkward man above him is saying. He's got his left hand out, pushed up granny glasses (Tommy snickers,) resting on his prominent, scarred nose, almost jittering as he rambles.
"Look, I'm sorry, kid. I didn't mean to knock you over, I swear. Please just take my hand, stop ignorin' me-" The sentence tips up, strangled and higher than Tommy thought big men like this one could go.
"No problem, Big Man! Guess I shoulda been looking where I was going, ay?" and subtly blocking the guy's path. "I'm Tommy Innit, Big Man extraordinaire! You?"
OR: Black Cat Familiar Tommy Innit bumps into Witch Technoblade and decides that's his witch. Forever.

Wilbur doesn't have a witch. It isn't surprising to him, given his village was rather unaccepting of magic, but the fact still digs a hole in his heart. A pink-haired traveler seems to fill it, but that's ridiculous. A witch wouldn't come through this town.

Wilbur looked up, picking a random Council member to reply to. He took a deep breath and dropped the snowflake obsidian into the bowl.
“I am.”
In which (took every scrap of my being to not say 'in witch') Wilbur is set to declare his path in life for the next fifty years. He has to leave his home, his family, and his previous life behind. He finds a village that won't trust a witch as far as they can throw one after some traumatizing events. Wilbur, the stubborn man he is, sets up shop anyways. Nothing bad could happen. Nope.

For the longest time, this wasn’t commonly known. Sure, one or two people believed it, but it never gained traction. The ideas that magic existed were just ideas.

The day was, surprisingly, unremarkable at first. It started with a man, consumed by the want to control magic. Or prove its existence. Whichever he could accomplish, really.
Though, he had spent years looking over the same information. Anything that was previously recorded by people before him. So he wouldn’t have made any progress if it wasn’t for them.

Tommy was pawing through a trash can, tail flicking idly behind him and ears swiveling around to listen for any danger. He hated eating out of the trash, but Tommy wasn’t exactly a good hunter so this was the best he could do.
He found a few scraps of chicken and stuffed them into his mouth without a second thought. The meat left his paws greasy, grey-brown fur slick and stuck in clumps.
Just as he reached into the can to grab more food, Tommy heard a gasp and a shout behind him. He prepared to run, muscles tensing and eyes darting around for the source of the sound.
He caught sight of a brown haired man standing not far away. The man seemed shocked to see Tommy, eyes wide behind circular glasses. The large brown cloak that the man wore waved in the wind, blowing up dust from the street.
“You’re just the cutest little raccoon, aren’t you?” The man said, smiling.

Tommy is a shapeshifter in hiding. Wilbur is a witch who finds him and tries to help him shift. This only results in Tommy getting angry and scared. Eventually though, things work out, they bond, and found family occurs.

“I’ll get you your medicine,” Dream said, rubbing a soothing hand over his hair. “I think you’d better stay in bed for the next few days, huh?”
Tommy scrunched up his face, displeased, but he couldn’t deny how awful he felt. His bouts of illness always snuck up on him; one day, he’d be up and about, feeling on top of the world. The next, he’d be back in bed, a fever or some other malady keeping him down.
“Sorry,” he mumbled.
Dream let out a breath through his nose. “It’s not your fault,” he said, and Tommy’s heart clenched at Dream’s kindness. He was beyond patient, even with all of Tommy’s faults. “I’ll always take care of you.”
Or, Tommy's a sick kid. That's just the way it's always been. But an encounter with three witches leaves Tommy questioning his own illness, as well as the medicine Dream's been giving him for as long as he can remember.

after violating parole, he accepts a plea deal so he doesn't go back to juvie. he has to move to a small town, change foster families and go to the highly successful rehab center there. the foster family is Kristin and Philza Craft, their six adopted children(all some variation of mentally ill), two dogs, a cat and a rat. only issue?
supernatural things are happening in this small town and wilbur is starting to recover so blaming it on withdrawals isn't going to last forever.

There are flowers in the sink.
There are flowers in the sink.Wilbur tries to run through any other explanation, anything but the first one that comes to mind. Maybe he ate a flowering plant and there’s just—no, that’s a stupid stage of denial. Or bargaining. Is it possible to be in multiple stages of grief at once? That- that doesn’t matter, there are flowers in the sink. Suddenly, another cough worms its way up into his throat as more pink petals tumble into the sink basin. They look like larkspurs, if Wilbur had to guess, but his brain is foggy and it hurts to think.
It hurts to think about what these flowers mean. He knows the only person these have appeared for. It’s just another nail in his coffin, Wilbur’s grave that’s being buried by his own twin.

It was quiet in the woods save for the patter of rain, yet even though drops hit Tommy's feathers, it was as if they burnt on impact into small puffs of steam. "Why were you crying, anyways?"
Wilbur wanted to lie, he wanted to pretend like minutes ago he didn't think his life would end, that no animal would ever appear and he'd have to leave.
He should lie, he really should.
He tells him everything.
