This takes place in a universe where Hamato Yoshi didn't moved to New York. Instead, he remains in Japan. The Turtles are now Mutant Foxes in this universe who lives in the O'Neil Fox Shrine with their adopted father. Rather than living in the sewers like their previous incarnations. This world acts in anime logic. Making it more like a typical anime than a cartoon. Playing on typical anime tropes & genres
It does act like this was dubbed from the Japanese version. But some Japanese terms will be added as well
