Summary
Beca Mitchell never intended to learn about the Squip. The information was moreso forced upon her. At a party. An A Cappella party. That she didn't really want to go to in the first place.
"Squip" stands for Super Quantum Unit Intel Processor — apparently. It is essentially a supercomputer. A supercomputer packed into a pill that you can swallow, which then supposedly implants into your brain and speaks to you telepathically. According to admittedly not-so-reliable sources, this "Squip" can teach you how to live life to its fullest potential.
Especially in places like high school or university.
It can teach you how to be cool. How to get things you want — whether that be boys, girls, popularity, or careers. It's like having a cheat code — a cheat code for life itself.
Beca Mitchell never intended to learn about the Squip, let alone get one for herself. But sometimes the universe has a funny sense of humour.
And sometimes, that humour can be maliciously cruel.

Zoe waited, expecting Marina to deliver the mathematical confirmation of her inevitable death sentence. Numbers didn't lie, and her medical training had already provided her with reasonably accurate estimates of her radiation exposure levels. She had absorbed enough high-energy particles to damage her cellular structure significantly, enough to compromise her immune system, enough to guarantee a slow and painful deterioration over the coming weeks or months.
"The radiation dose you've received..." Marina paused, and Zoe could hear the sound of rapid typing in the background, the clicking of keys as her commander verified calculations one final time. "It's significant. It's serious. It's going to make you very sick for an extended period."

[Pregame/no-ultimates AU]
Hopes Peak Academy is like any other old high school.
Mind-numbingly BORING, as nothing interesting seems to happens there.
Shuichi gets through school with his best friends Kirumi, Kokichi, Kaito, and Miu. These friends would do anything for each other. Anything.Shuichi's life gets flipped upside down when an apocalypse erupts in their usually quiet school, along with their uneventful but homely town, Kashinobushi.
A virus spreads, causing those infected to turn into cannibalistic monsters.Shuichi, his friends, and some of his classmates end up getting trapped in their own school when the virus hits.
Naturally, Shuichi is concerned for any possible students who may die in their group. Its up to Shuichi to protect any possible victims and make sure no one else dies.
...That's easier said than done, you know.
This is a completed story of a zombie-apocalypse AU, containing characters from the Danganronpa franchise. Since this is not only Danganronpa but a zombie apocalypse, there will be descriptions of death, gore, murder, and sexual content that may or may not be uncomfortable for certain audiences.
