Summary
Jisung is an excellent barista at Dream Cafe, a coffee shop that serves drinks with potions inside of them. When his crush on the cute regular gets out of hand he decides that instead of striking up a conversation like a normal human being (god forbid), he will secretly put a love potion in the coffee he ordered. The plan backfires and the cute regular ends up falling for Jisung's long-time friend and coworker - Minho.
Now Jisung has to put up with the consequences - and they are far more complicated than his heart could have ever been prepared for.

Jeongin rolled his eyes at that. “I left the window open and put the vase on the table where you’d see it. I’m the one who predicted where you’d go.”
The thief smirks. “It’s a lucky guess, and still doesn’t explain how I managed to rob you last night.”
There was something about how cocky the thief was that was grating to Jeongin’s ears. There was no reason to be so defensive, and yet Jeongin wanted to do anything to prove him wrong.
“You managed to do it because you weren’t dealing with me. I’m sure you wouldn’t be able to break into any room.”
The thief finally stands and takes a step back, smiling at Jeongin.
“We’ll see.”

Summary
Minho's used to silence. He's used to the way the villagers avoid his eyes when they visit him asking for help, the way they look at him with fear and distrust when they think he can't see. He's used to his world being the sprawling garden within the old ivy-covered iron fence and the familiar warmth of the cottage. He's used to it just being him, his cats, and the old journals.
It isn't until a villager somehow wanders into the garden despite the enchantments that he's faced with how unbearably isolated he's become, or how hard it is to open up to someone after years of being alone— or how freeing it is to know someone understands him.

Every once in a while, he stops to listen to the different noise and look over Lotus Pier, peering into the distance like he’s waiting for something—which he’s not.
