Grian had been running for what felt like hours, gliding through the deep void in an attempt to escape the Watchers.
After finally finding a server to hide in he quickly realises that it was, in fact, not abandoned as he had assumed.When Xisuma went to check the new Hermitcraft Server he saw an intruder hack into it - quite literally.
Though it quickly turns out that the intruder was more a fugitive, running away from the very monsters the admin hated with his entire being.Walking a thin line between truth and lie Grian tries his best to cling to the new safe haven to heal up and hide from his captors, making more connections than he had preferred.
Sadly the Watchers had their own plans with their little disobedient experiment. -

And then he’d heard the snuffling. It’s a quiet thing, sniffling mixed with high-pitched whines, and, oh, there go his instincts. Recognizing the sound even though he’s never heard it before- though he definitely made it in his youth.
There’s a piglet nearby, and they’re terrified.
He casts one final, forlorn glance at the gold he’d seen higher up, and then he turns to follow the sound.

When Grian's name somehow ends up as a 'banned' word in the Hermicraft server, he needs to temporarily use another PlayerName while Xisuma works to fix it.
He tries to stay optimistic about the situation, but it doesn't take long for his new name to start getting to him.
He felt it the moment Xisuma put the command though. His body was able to relax again, now that the World was no longer fighting him. He could do this. He tried to smile at the Admin, happy that they at least had a semi-workable fix for now.
Xisuma let out a breath filled with relief. He placed a hand on the other's shoulder. "Glad we've got that all figured out then, Taurtis."
Grian wanted to cry.

Hecate Potter just wants to be left to her books, left to learn all of this new magic. Unfortunately, that seems increasingly unlikely as her time (starting as a fifth-year, mind you!) at Hogwarts progresses. She’ll just have to settle for survival.
A story in which Canon!Harry Potter is instead an OC. Due to being far more interested in studying (Ravenclaw!), as well as possessing a rare aptitude for certain magics, she rapidly develops in her proficiency as a witch. Unfortunately, Voldemort is in a league of his own, and he certainly won't be defeated by a bunch of children straight out of Hogwarts.
Will the world end with a bang or a whimper? Or neither?

He tries to say something, but Bdubs cuts him off before he can start, “I know you’re gonna go down this deep path like- ‘OH! Martin Stanley came up with this thing, he was a great engineer for his time he did this and this OH here’s some concept art!!!’ Two hours later, WHAT’S IT CALLED?!?”
Scar… didn’t know what to say. He doesn’t know if he should say anything, really.
