He walked using a gold topped cane, and his eyes glittered with mischief. He had an excited grin on his face that revealed his long, sharp fangs, and each of his fingers ended with a pointed claw that looked like it could cut through skin like butter. He stood over the other human, leaning forward into her space and examining her thoroughly.
“Would you look at that!” The man’s voice sounded surprisingly normal considering his supernatural appearance, like an overexcited child who’d been given a new toy. “Living humans, just for us!”
