Gi-hun told himself he never cared about being a “typical” omega, not after society had already deemed his failure as one. His carefully built routine is soon disrupted when he takes on a new client – Hwang In-ho, an uptight, arrogant alpha who seems determined to make his job as difficult as possible. Gi-hun’s determination to keep his head down and ignore him soon becomes easier said than done when he’s faced with a sudden and unexpectedly brutal heat, forcing him to rely on the alpha he hates so much. Nothing will come of it, he tells himself.

Will needed to figure out a way to get a pregnancy test, preferably without A) looking even more like the town pariah; B) alerting his mom, Hopper (AKA borderline step-dad), or any of his friends; or C) Mike, which would be really bad. Will couldn’t explain why it would be bad, he just knew, since Mike was already so protective over him (seriously what was his problem), got even more protective as the Upside-Down stuff escalated, and somehow managed to get more protective when they finally started dating. He shuddered, imagining Mike’s reaction to Will needing to buy something like this.
or: i spent my entire thanksgiving break arguing that shoving tentacles down a 12 yr old boy's throat to impregnate him with demogorgons was a really bad thing and also definitely an allegory for sa if not just straight up sa, and this is what spawned.

Nausea, fatigue, cramps, mood swings, frequent urination, and a surprisingly sore chest, despite not having any breast tissue for the past three years. All the crap he’s been feeling for two weeks now, but Subong absolutely doesn’t need to know all that. Namgyu keeps his eyes trained on Subong’s chin as he says, “I’ve been throwing up a lot.”
“For how long?”
Two weeks. Not that Subong would know. Namgyu’s been doing a fairly good job of swallowing back the nausea, at least until yesterday. Now, it’s multiple times a day, every day.
Namgyu says, “Since this morning.”
Subong tuts and pokes Namgyu’s cheek with the thermometer. “Then why’d you go to work, Gyoo?”
Because Namgyu’s been going to work every day for the past two weeks like normal, despite having to frequently pause his tattoos to take trips to the bathroom. Because he was panicking this morning and didn’t know what else to do. Because the last time he checked, pregnancy isn’t contagious.

Taking the bagged envelope in hand again, Bruce moves to the Batcomputer and pulls up the folder of fonts on the system. He glances between the envelope and the sample screen for the font he’d already suspected would be a match.
But clocking the font name gives him a great deal of pause. “Jokerman,” he finally declares in a growl through clenched teeth.
Tim, as it turns out, may not be Jack Drake’s son, but Bruce Wayne’s already got kids he picked out personally. That’s okay though, because Tim’s got a plan for how to deal with this revelation—it’s not like he needs acknowledgement from a second father that doesn’t want him, anyway.
