Fifth year in Hogwarts begins and Draco still hasn't presented as an alpha despite the long family history that should suggest that such a thing is inevitable. Things would be so much easier if they had a nice, soft, little omega to dote on, who's scent could settle them down and who's body could distract them from their seemingly constant arguments. But its not like they can just make someone into an omega right?
Well not with magic anyway. But muggles have long known a secret that the wizarding world has willingly ignored. In the right circumstances you can make a beta into either an alpha or an omega. Even a beta like say, Draco Malfoy.

So now, suddenly, he was responsible for monitoring the “parole” of the last alpha of the Malfoy family, and he didn't want to be responsible for that, except that when he got there, he discovered that Draco was anything but an alpha, and for some reason, Draco Malfoy, who never knew how to keep his mouth shut, now didn't say a single word.
But that's not even the main problem, because he has a baby perched on his waist.
