He realizes with horror and a dropping stomach that he might actually die from this. He might actually get taken out, not by the hands of a monster or a villain, but by the hands of the person he loves most in his life.
That’s somehow worse.Alternatively: Izuku is caught by a villain's mind-control quirk, so strong that not even One For All can break him away from it. The villain is desperate to run away, so to create a distraction, he gives Izuku only one order: that he should kill his partner and boyfriend Dynamight. It's up to Katsuki to face the consequences of that.

There was a long pause in which Caitlyn sat twiddling her thumbs, anxiety pushing the frantic pulse of her heartbeat through her eardrums. Was that wrong? Did she already fuck up? She took a steady deep breath, finger hovering over the talk button until the familiar voice of the astronaut came through her headset once more.
“Damn, Houston. I didn’t expect you to sound so sexy.”

Caitlyn has been assigned as the personal capcom to one of the astronauts currently on a year long expedition at the international space station. Cue long months of pining and desperate longing.

He wanted the image of Izuku surrounded by stars, eyes closed peacefully as his lips caressed the mic and his hair glistened under the lights, permanently seared into his brain. He wanted to see this image every time he closed his eyes and when he eventually departed from this earth.

There were two beds. Two queen sized beds, right next to each other.
This was the worst thing that had ever happened to Katsuki. He felt numb. Empty. There was a despair creeping up inside of him that he was having trouble suppressing.
Two beds instead of one was not romantic.
Katsuki plans for the Only One Bed trope to save him. Instead he must face a new adversary: the Too Many Beds trope.
