Summary
Damian found himself once more standing in the stillness of Wayne manor. His phone was equally still, just as silent, entirely bereft of activity. He contemplates it, contemplates just walking out the house without it, contemplates calling for Jon and asking Superboy to take him out of this city.
Then he realises he is being dramatic, because it is fine, and he is fine.
…
Sometimes casual cruelty hurts worse than any other kind. Damian learns this the hard way. He is not fine.

Summary
“Are there other children?”
Damian bites his cheek until he feels it swell between his teeth. Of course no version of the Batman would be content without returning back to wherever he came from with a trophy of his victory.
Ordinarily, Damian wouldn’t lie. It’s too high risk.
Today is different from any other day though.
“No, sir.” Damian allows the lie to roll off his tongue with just the slightest sprinkling of regret. "Not Anymore"

Summary
Bereft of the emotions that should have come at the implications of the sentence, Uther's tone is stoic as if his own son is a common prisoner. “You are to leave Camelot by nightfall. If we find you have returned to the grounds of this kingdom we will have no choice but to carry out your original sentence in the highest order.”
Exiled and disinherited? Brilliant.
An AU where Uther, under the influence of Troll!Catrina and Goblin!Gaius legitimately disinherits Arthur and he must deal with the consequences thereof in an attempt to reclaim Camelot.

Summary
“Welcome to Camelot,” the Prince greets them. “I wish to thank you for leaving your homes to journey here. I truly do hope in the time you're here, we can understand each other's differences and help unite Camelot once more.”
Prince Arthur finishes his little speech and looks at them expectantly.
“Are we meant to clap?” Merlin mutters.
-
At the end of the Great Purge, twenty five years ago, Uther Pendragon banished every sorcerer to the Perilous Lands and outlawed magic in Camelot. No sorcer has stepped foot in Camelot since.
That is until Prince Arthur's twenty fifth birthday, where he makes a royal decree inviting three sorcerers to Camelot, in an attempt to put aside old prejudices and unite the people of Camelot.
Merlin is one of the lucky sorcerers volunteered - (forced) - to go and he's skeptical to say the least. It doesn't matter how distractingly pretty the Prince is, there's no way he actually means what he says about honour and justice and being a different ruler to his father.
Only the longer Merlin spends in Camelot and the closer they become, suddenly he isn't so sure.
