Summary
It's the year 2014. My Chemical Romance has been broken up for about a year and Frank and Gerard have been broken up for a bit longer. When Frank releases a song, Gerard is convinced it's about him, sending the two on a song race of who can make the biggest hit and who can pretend they don't still want each other the longest...

Summary
Sokka gets a girlfriend who enjoys leaving her mark.
Zuko doesn't know why, but the sight of it gets under his skin.
One thing leads to another which leads to something else and no one is sure how or why. All they know now is that, somewhere along the way lines get blurred and there is no turning back.(A lovely fic inspired by, and written for, the darling Zayajima in a fit of ramblings on Instagram). Stop giving me ideas!

Summary
What if Sokka and Zuko were able to know each other as more than enemies? What if they became confidants and friends through letters without ever realizing who was on the other side? How would that spark of a connection change the course of their lives?
A spark is a little thing, yet it may kindle the world.

Summary
"Alex’s eyes kept moving to one of the four guys in particular. He stayed on the left side of the stage, his dark eyes flashing and an extremely naughty smirk was on his face. He occasionally mouthed the words of the song they were dancing to and looked…
Oddly familiar.
He had black hair that fell just below his shoulders, half tied back, which kept it out of his face, and sharp features that were completely thrown off balance by the softest and plushest looking mouth Alex had seen since…"

Summary
Book one ends with two major diffrences: 1. Sokka went on the mission with Hahn (it did not go well) 2. Zhao survives the North Pole and that proves unfortunate for everybody (except Zhao, obviously)
Imprisoned on Zhao’s war ship, Sokka and Zuko have to work together to survive. They are not very enthusiastic about this prospect.
And they argue.
A lot.

Summary
Gerard didn’t think he would make it past the age of 25. It just never seemed to be in the cards, the world he lived in was not meant for people like him. That’s why at the age of 26, somehow still kicking, he found himself adrift, attending weekly group therapy sessions for suicide survivors and scrambling to make a list of all the reasons he shouldn’t try again.
He certainly never expected the newest, aggressively hostile member of the therapy group - Frank, who seems to hate everyone and everything on principle - to become the next bullet point on that list.

Summary
“Hollander? You are still here?” Rozanov called, breaking the TV static silence filling Shane’s head. He blinked.
“Uh. Yeah, just leaving,” he answered, surprised by how steady his voice sounded. Good, that was good. He knew he couldn’t show Rozanov any weakness if he wanted to keep coming back.
But did he want to come back if it made him feel like this?
“Door is too heavy? Or I fuck you too good, you cannot move legs,” came Rozanov’s taunting response. Shane could practically see the tilted smirk on his face, cigarette smoke wafting around his freshly-showered curls.
“Fuck off, Rozanov,” Shane muttered.

Summary
Shane Hollander knows he’s not a small guy. Years of hockey and workouts have built up his muscles, and lucky genetics from his father’s side places him just shy of six feet. He’s checked hockey players half a foot and several pounds more than him, knocked Scott Hunter into the ice in the one fight he’s ever actually thrown hands in. But as much as Shane loves the game, the fast movements, passes, and team camaraderie, there were times where he could only feel regret at following the path of athletic fame. He puts on the media smile he practices in the mirror as he brushes his hair each day, uses the bright lights of press conferences to erase his view of the audience, and keeps his answers simple and focused on hockey.
The number of people outside the arena still makes him feel crushed in on all sides, small. Eyes trained on his face, cameras flashing, pens and cell phones being passed into his hands. The itch of it all settles under his skin.
@OttawaPoliceDispatch: Police have been dispatched to a house alarm in Galetta, On. Possible break in, destruction of property.
@OttawaOfficialPoliceDepartment: Recent Missing Persons Report filed for Shane William Hollander at 9:25 pm

He's forgotten he ever left Russia, and the names Yuna Hollander and Shane mean nothing to him, though these people clearly know him pretty well.

Summary
“No,” he says, smiling gently, like he doesn't know how irritating he's being. “Is my room first, da? You should speak with front desk.”
Hollander stares at him.
And then he starts to laugh.
“You ask the front desk,” he shoots back, in between his odd wheezes. Ilya's heart starts to pound in double time, because this is not—this cannot be Shane Hollander playing bed chicken with him. Their competitiveness is fierce, to be certain, but surely, Hollander would be the bigger person, no? “This is my fucking room, Rozanov. Wild horses couldn't drag me away.”
OR: Ilya's apartment is under construction. Shane's in town for a game. It'd be a shame if they somehow had the same hotel room.
[or, or: we need some more goddamn 'there was only one bed' out here.]
