Following the explosive end to her fight with Ekko, the subsequent forced Shimmer treatment hits Jinx a little harder, leaving an altered perspective on the recent events that leads to only one possible response in her unstable mind. Vi and her Piltie shadow need a crash course in the new normal, and Silco needs a hand with the topsider’s deal for an independent Zaun. Luckily for them, Jinx has a simple solution to everything. It starts with a one-sided group heart-to-kidnapped-heart and ends with a bang.
An alternative tea party where Jinx comes to some drastically different conclusions concerning herself and everyone in her life. Different does not necessarily mean better.

It’s the first words Jinx- Powder- her sister says after slamming Caitlyn into the table, and Vi has no idea how to feel, because she is sitting tied to a chair at a table full of people she thought she’d never see again.
There are even dead people at this table.
“Powder,” Vi pleads, though she isn’t sure what for. Caitlin’s life? Her own? Her sister back?
Caitlyn stares at her wide-eyes, shining with terror, hair still wet and plastered to her forehead. Her chest heaves with shaky breaths.
On the other side of the table, Silco gives a lethargic mumble.

Silco had been talking with Sevika about mission plans. Sevika understood what Silco saw in Jinx, but she could not help but be pissed at the kid for literally nuking their shimmer supply with her pretty little monkey bomb.
Jinx heard it. They were arguing right outside Silco’s office. He would get irritated with her everytime she talked shitty about Jinx. And that only fueled Sevika’s fire, so Sevika wouldn’t get any quieter. It reminded her of Mylo and Vi.

Summary
Showing that hextech worked, and the subsequent debate with the Council, was exhausting. More than that, it wore out Viktor's lungs, meaning that he needed to get himself some medicine from the undercity. Unfortunately, witnessing a hextech blue explosion means his plans for the future irrevocably change.
Two hextech partners become three hextech partners, as Powder latches onto Viktor instead of Silco.
But Silco didn't make Jinx -Vi did. It's already too late for Powder, and Jinx will take her pain out on Piltover, the undercity, and anyone else she wants to.
She has friends, though, and family -people who care for her. In time, it may be enough to heal her . . . at least a little. There will be a happy ending to the sad story of sisters and sister cities.

So, you decided to stick by his side and help him reach Sumeru city for a ‘mysterious meeting’ with his colleague.
In retrospect, trusting and falling for a stranger was a very horrible idea. Tighnari and Collei both warned you of him. But the Wanderer kept you by his side for some reason and you never really expected him to do something so horrible in the end…
