my very first podfic, so i thought i'd start with narrating my own writing <3
i'm actually very proud of how this came out, so please, listen to the end if you can. i put a lot of effort into the actual sound design, it's more of an audio drama than just a plain narration, and the quality does get better as it goes on and i gain more confidence in my voice.
this is me trying to overcome my voice dysphoria. so far, it's worked a treat (:
feedback from more experienced narrators welcomed and encouraged!

Prowl-centric TFA AU where he crashes on Earth several years before Optimus and his team arrive. In that time, he grows an affection for Earth and, even moreso, for his adoptive daughter Sari. Drama, action, and a healthy helping of domesticity and found family shenanigans.

Summary
Instead of Starscream being the well-known and feared Second-In-Command of the Decepticons, he’s practically an urban legend among Autobots and Decepticons alike, only known through vague prisoner-of-war stories and scattered attributions of battle plans and weapon designs. Most mecha are of the opinion that this “Starscream” is a mere myth to make Megatron look more menacing, and others (notably the Autobot spec-ops) often make jokes about ‘Spooky Screamer’ whenever a particularly strange case pops up.
This changes when Jazz and his team uncover an abandoned Decepticon laboratory on Earth, only to find a dying seekerlet locked in its depths.
And thus, Starscream is no longer a myth.

Starscream has finally taken a leap of faith and became the most famous turncoat the Decepticons ever had, joining the Autobots in every aspect besides name, and—generally, vaguely, by a very tiny margin borne only of having to choose between two horrible options and one deadly one—is doing alright.
Unfortunately, his decision brought with it a few unexpected(-ish) consequences; both internal and external.
