Summary
Martyn's boots crunch against leaves and gravel as he approaches the house, the small flyer clutched in one hand. It looks like any other old house, albeit tinged with the same eeriness that plagues this area. The windows are dirty, and the highest window, which Martyn can only assume is the attic, is boarded over. The eaves slope in odd places, and the front step creaks loudly as Martyn steps up to the door.
This house, he notices, boasts yet another willow, tall and looming over the house’s back windows. It, too, has lost most of its leaves, its branches abandoned to sway in the wind, creaking and scratching against each other and the wall.
The willow isn't the only sound. Martyn can hear another odd noise, but he can't for the life of him place what it's supposed to be. It sounds kind of like something wailing on the wind... is that the beast the flyer was for?
Or, Martyn takes a job to slay a beast trapped within a family's attic.

Having been one of the earliest people "rescued" from the datastream, Ren has helped a lot of people to get used to their new bodies and the new sociaty. Some has trusted him more, some has trusted him less, and Ren can't fault anyone for that.
Spring is proving to be the most distrustful person Ren has met yet. Part of Ren itches to know why- but only time will tell. Right?

Superhero au (because what else do i even read on here)
Kinda nice. Plot's a bit hard to follow, and the pacing is a smidge bit off
Also, fair warning, she doesn't do dialogue properly. All in one paragraph; hard to read.The story's good though, which is what matters. Experimentation and such. Familiar territory lol.
Also, skulk is treated like the symbiote in Spider-Man, and I think that's really freaking cool.I'm not sure if this is her first-ever written story or just her first one on here. If it's her first story ever, it's pretty decent.

Zed gasped and heaved and tried to clear his airways, all to no avail, his struggling becoming weaker and weaker as black spots danced in his vision, until he was overwhelmed and the world faded out.
Then, all of a sudden, he was awake again. He heaved air into his lungs, a sense of relief washing over him as he realised he was alive, he was okay, he had another chance. He had another chance to save Tango, to save himself, to save the Hermits.
His communicator pinged. He was right back at the start. He could do this.

Or, Zed died when the moon hit. So did everyone else. Thankfully, Zed is Blorbo from the End Poem Entities’ Universe and also a stubborn fool who would rather stay another round in a 6-months-per-loop time loop than let any of his friends die.

Zedaph centric time loop. The Worm Man references are so on point, and I love it.
I read all of it in one go in a few hours. Would recommend reading it like that because the emotions just weigh on you and make you want to curl into a ball and cry.
This is my perfect kind of fic, and I mean that. It checks all of my boxes. Gorgeous. Absolutely stunning.
