Alphinaud shrugged. "They could have. What if they did on some sort of alternate shard."
Alisaie nodded ruefully as she sipped her tea. "I for one prefer the tales where we aren't related to Zenos…or our father for that matter."
Davina gave Alisaie a chastising look. "Sweetling, do be kind, we cannot choose ones family."
Alphinaud patted one of the novela covers with pride. 'We can now!"
Alisaie crowed. "Here, here! I like Aymeric as my father far better anyway!"
Davina was unimpressed. "I will make certain your step-father hears of your glowing praise."
Upon taking in her twins identical pleading looks, Davina caved. " Oh very well, I will allow it. However, I want you both to at least write a statement of some sort when you choose to publish one of these...non related tales."

Tifa Lockhart is surprised to find Cloud Strife at the sector 7 train station. She’s shocked to find him carrying a child and dragging a makeshift stretcher with a badly injured Soldier. But Zack had done his best for her hometown, Tifa could never refuse a child in trouble, and there's no way Tifa can do nothing when her childhood friend needs her help.
Cloud Strife thought his childhood friend and the girl he’d loved since childhood was dead. Not only is he happy to find she’s alive, she’s now helping him care for both Zack and Denzel and helping him build a life and a home for them.
Or:
Remake AU where Cloud and Tifa reunite at the train station but he's got Denzel and an unconscious Zack with him.
